Beam Installation
Engineered beam installation for open-plan conversions, structural wall removals, and exposed timber features. Every beam is engineered before a wall is opened.
Window Installation
Window replacement and new installation — steel casements, wood sashes, heritage replacement, and custom-opening additions. Flashed, sealed, and trimmed by our finish carpenters.
Door Installation
Entry doors, interior doors, pocket doors, and custom thresholds — hung true, sealed at the sill, and trimmed by hand. The first impression a room makes is its door.
Flooring
Hardwood, engineered oak, limestone, and heritage tile — selected from source, acclimated for two weeks, and installed with expansion gaps that account for the season.
Tile Installation
Floor and wall tile in large-format stone, heritage subway, and hand-made cement tile. Properly bedded, grouted to dimension, and sealed for the surface.
Outdoor Remodeling
Full outdoor space renovations — grading, drainage, hardscape, outdoor kitchens, covered patios, and plantings — designed for year-round livability in the Houston climate.
Patio Remodeling
Concrete, pavers, and natural stone patio installation — properly graded, edged, and detailed for Houston's rain patterns and heat.

Custom closet cabinetry and storage systems — designed from the wardrobe outward, built in the shop, and installed to the same standard as kitchen cabinetry.
Framing
Structural and partition framing for additions, room conversions, and renovation work — plumbed, square, and inspected before any finish work begins.
Custom Carpentry
Built-in bookshelves, window seats, mudroom lockers, entry benches, and one-of-a-kind millwork pieces — designed for the room, built in our shop, and installed to fit.
Lighting Installation
Recessed, pendant, cove, and under-cabinet lighting installation — laid out to the room, coordinated with your electrician, and installed with concealed wiring.
Accent Walls
Limewash, Roman clay, board-and-batten, shiplap, and plaster accent wall treatments — designed for the room, applied correctly, and finished to last.
Siding Repair
Siding replacement, repair, and rot remediation for wood, fiber cement, and lap siding — matched to the existing profile and painted to disappear.
Fence Installation
Cedar, steel, iron, and composite fence installation — posts set in concrete, panels plumbed, and hardware specified for the material and the climate.
Pergolas
Cedar, steel, and composite pergola construction — engineered footings, level beams, and connection hardware rated for the load and the wind zone.
